· When fully paid, Professional fees enjoy an important flexibility benefit. They become fully transferable. This feature was introduced to protect the investment made by our clients should they experience a wide range of potential disappointments as well as the possibility of "simply changing their mind" .This transferability allows the fees, in these cases, to be allocated for any other service offered by Enhance, such as a different type of visa, or a visa in a different country. The Transferability provision will even allow the transfer to another family member or any other nominated person who is not a client of Enhance. This will protect our clients even in cases of denial after the paper review stage, (unless due to submission of fraudulent documents), whereby the Professional fees will be fully protected and become fully transferable
