EMPLOYMENT
Tips for a better job interview
- Be early, NEVER late
- It is important to be clean, well-groomed and well-dressed
- Be ready to show your education and training certificates.
- Talk about your qualifications, experience and willingness
to work.
- Show that you know about the company, what it is
and what it does.
- Find out what might be expected of you, and when
you will know if you are hired.
- Thank the interviewer when you leave.
- Many workplaces do not allow smoking, so wait until
later if you want to smoke.
- Wait until you are asked before talking about your
family.
- Go alone; ask friends or family members to wait
outside.
Don't forget
Always tell the truth in an interview or on a resume.
If you tell lies, your employer may legally fire you.
