STEP ONE: Please request that your online file be activated for viewing  by emailing your current email address (which will be used as your log on name) using the same email account to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Please note that the account will only be activated if request is made using the email account that is being registered.                  
STEP TWO: Cebu head office will email you with your password.
